1. Prep the nail and apply a thin coat of dip base.
2. Dip the nail into the powder (or sprinkle it on) and tap off the extra.
3. Repeat the base and powder for more color depth.
4. Brush off loose powder, apply activator, let it dry, and buff smooth.
5. Finish with top coat.
