This notice explains what personal information Cre8tion Products collects when you use this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Cre8tion Products is a professional nail and beauty products brand based in Garden Grove, California. We sell through authorized distributors. This website is our product catalog and support site.

What we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this site — a general enquiry, a distributor application, a warranty or RMA claim, or an ambassador application — we collect what that form asks for. Depending on the form that can include your name, business name, email address, phone number, postal address, social media handles, and any files you attach such as a receipt, reseller permit or business license.

Please do not upload anything a claim does not need. A proof of purchase should show the product, the model and that payment was completed — nothing else. Do not send card numbers, government ID numbers, or other private information in an attachment.

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser type, operating system, screen size and general location derived from your IP address.
• Which pages you visit, what you search for, which links you follow, and how long you stay.
• The site or advert that referred you to us.

This is collected through cookies and similar technologies used by our website platform and by the analytics and advertising services listed below.

Orders

If ordering is enabled for your account and you place an order, we collect the order details and the billing and shipping information needed to fulfil it. Payment card details are handled by the payment processor and are never stored by us.

Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry, evaluate a warranty claim, or process a distributor or ambassador application.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.
• To understand which products and pages people are looking for, so we make and stock the right things.
• To measure our advertising and, where you have not opted out, to show you relevant adverts elsewhere.
• To meet legal, tax, safety and product-compliance obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information for money. We use the following categories of service provider, each of which processes data on our behalf:

• Our ecommerce platform (Shopify), which hosts this site and its forms.
• Analytics providers (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity), which tell us how the site is used.
• Advertising platforms (Google, Meta), which measure our campaigns.
• Authorized distributors, but only when you have asked us to put you in touch with one.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to protect our rights, or in connection with a sale or reorganization of the business.

A note on advertising cookiesUnder California law, using advertising and analytics cookies can count as “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, even though no money changes hands. Your rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to receive a copy of it, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to opt out of sale or sharing. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights. Residents of other states and countries may have similar rights.

To make a request, email info@cre8tionproducts.com with the word PRIVACY in the subject line and tell us what you want us to do. We will verify who you are before we act, usually by replying to the email address we already hold, and we will respond within the time the law allows. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of their authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and application records are kept for as long as the relationship is active and then for as long as we need them for tax, legal or product-safety purposes. Warranty claims and their attachments are kept for the length of the warranty term plus the period we are required to retain records. Analytics data is kept according to the retention setting of each analytics service.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect information in transit and at rest, and we limit access to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for beauty professionals and businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

International visitors

We operate from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this notice

If we make a material change we will update the effective date above and, where the law requires it, tell you directly.
