Cre8tion is sold through authorized distributors and licensed sellers. If you want to carry our lines, this is where to start.

We sell to licensed sellers only, so a valid resale permit is required. Order minimums are set per item and follow how each product is packed - tell us which lines you are interested in and we will confirm what applies. Container and truckload volume is available to distributors - say so below and we will quote it. Before we come back to you we check whether your territory is already covered by one of our existing distributors, which is why we ask where you want to sell.

Need the blank form? In California, use the CDTFA-230 General Resale Certificate (en español). Outside California, the Multistate Uniform Resale Certificate covers most states. Fill one in, then attach it below. One certificate covers your future orders - you do not need to send a new one each time.

A ballpark is fine - it helps us quote the right case quantities. If you are buying at container or truckload scale, say so here and we will quote it.
