Read carefully before using this product: To avoid injury do not force the bottle open. If the bottle cap is stuck, immerse the bottle in hot water, including the cap, for 3 minutes. Remove the bottle with a pedicure towel & twist the cap to open.

- Prep the nail and apply a thin coat of dip base.
- Dip the nail into the powder (or sprinkle it on) and tap off the extra.
- Repeat the base and powder for more color depth.
- Brush off loose powder, apply activator, let it dry, and buff smooth.
- Finish with top coat.
