1. Apply color or base gel and cure.
2. Apply a no-wipe gel top coat and cure it. Leave no tacky layer behind.
3. Press the powder or pigment onto the cured surface with an applicator and buff until the mirror finish appears.
4. Brush away loose powder, seal with top coat, and cure.
