Cat eye meets chrome in a single powder. Buff it over cured no-wipe gel and it throws a bright, directional line of light through a mirror-metal base, the chrome cat eye effect in ten shades to choose from.
- Apply color or base gel and cure.
- Apply a no-wipe gel top coat and cure it. Leave no tacky layer behind.
- Press the powder or pigment onto the cured surface with an applicator and buff until the mirror finish appears.
- Brush away loose powder, seal with top coat, and cure.

Brush loose powder off the skin and the nail before you seal, so the finish stays clean.
